We took Bart to a couple of the nice restaurants in the city centre. This one specializes in meat served with a hot stone for futher cooking at the table, and the coloured stuff in the little cups are flavoured butters. I'm not sure how the Swiss live so long, seeing as that they live on cheese, chocolate and buttered meat.
